Role:
Reporting to the Group Vice-President Finance responsible for all financial issues of the project companies of the relevant region, including:
1. Recruiting and developing finance team and personal;
2. Managing capital needs;
3. Managing tax strategy and planning and overseeing tax related work;
4. Managing government reviews of tariffs;
5. Production of capital and operating budgets;
6. Financial analysis and identification of areas to improve operational efficiency including with regard to working capital management;
7. Production of monthly financial analysis report;
8. Managing external relationships with banks, tax department and other government bodies;
9. Implementation of group accounting policies and procedures and improvement of local company accounting procedures and controls;
10. Control capital investment within budget and maximize return on capital investment;
11. Assist group HR department in performing performance appraisal;
12. Assist group business development department in performing due diligence on potential project acquisitions.
Role requirements:
1. High standards of ethics and professionalism;
2. Bachelor¡¯s degree and above, accountancy qualification CPA preferred
3. Two years and above experience as regional finance director or group financial controller; ten years and above finance manager experience, experience working in industrial enterprises is preferred;
4. Strong management skills and the ability to lead a team;
5. Excellent communication skills and proactive approach;
6. Willingness to work hard and to work at other locations.
