| United Water Signs Agreement for Cheng Ya Industrial Park Water Project | ||

| On 7 May 2012 United Water signed a framework agreement with the Cheng Ya Industrial Park Administrative Committee to invest and build a water project in the Cheng Ya Industrial Park in Sichuan Province.
The project has a total investment of RMB 300 million to build a 60,000 metric ton per day waste water and water supply system to meet the industrial and residential water needs of the Cheng Ya Industrial Park |
