United Water Corporation has signed an agreement with JDL Environmental Protection Ltd. Of Shenzhen to acquire 100% stake in JDL Ruichang, a company that owns a waste water treatment plant in the city of Ruichang, Jiangxi Province. The plant has a built capacity of 25,000 tons per day, expandable to 50,000 tons per day.
